Payment shall be processed within 15 business days of invoice receipt, in accordance with Brazilian commercial practice and the terms of this Purchase Order. 6.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between IASRJ and the Social Worker for the duration specified herein. The Social Worker shall maintain valid professional registration with CRESS-RJ throughout the contract period and shall notify IASRJ in writing within 48 hours of any change in registration status.

6.2 The Social Worker shall perform all duties in strict compliance with the CFESS Code of Ethics for Social Workers, Brazilian data protection law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados — LGPD, Law No. 13.709/2018), and all applicable municipal regulations of Rio de Janeiro governing social assistance services.

6.3 All client records, case files, and documentation generated in the course of this engagement shall remain the property of IASRJ. The Social Worker shall ensure the confidentiality and secure storage of all sensitive personal data in accordance with LGPD requirements.

6.4 Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, IASRJ shall compensate the Social Worker for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination, less applicable tax deductions.

6.5 The Social Worker shall be available for on-site work at IASRJ's headquarters in Centro, Rio de Janeiro, as well as at designated CRAS and SCFV units across the municipality. Travel within the city of Rio de Janeiro for service delivery is included in the compensation outlined in Section 4.

6.6 This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rio de Janeiro, RJ, Brazil.
