- Scope of Work: The Social Worker engaged under this Purchase Order shall operate exclusively within the geographic boundaries of Alexandria, Egypt, and shall comply with all applicable Egyptian labor laws, social work licensing requirements, and municipal regulations governing social services in the Alexandria Governorate.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in monthly installments within 30 days of receipt of an approved invoice from the Supplier. All payments shall be processed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account at the National Bank of Egypt, Alexandria Branch.
- Performance Standards: The Social Worker shall submit bi-weekly progress reports to the Alexandria Social Development Foundation detailing client caseload, intervention outcomes, and community engagement metrics. Failure to meet the minimum service thresholds outlined in Annex A of this Purchase Order shall constitute grounds for contract termination.
- Confidentiality: All client data, case files, and personal information handled by the Social Worker in Alexandria shall be protected in accordance with Egyptian Law No. 151 of 2020 on Personal Data Protection. The Supplier warrants that the Social Worker has signed a binding non-disclosure agreement.
- Compliance with Egyptian Regulations: The Social Worker must hold a valid license issued by the Egyptian Social Work and Social Development Council and must maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of EGP 500,000 throughout the duration of this Purchase Order.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 60 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Supplier shall ensure a smooth transition of all active Social Worker caseloads to a successor provider within Alexandria to prevent disruption of services to vulnerable clients.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Alexandria under the rules of the Egyptian Arbitration Center.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Alexandria coastal region, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies as declared by the Egyptian government.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in this Purchase Order for the procurement of Social Worker services in Egypt Alexandria. This document constitutes a binding agreement effective from the date of the last signature.
