5.1 – This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any dispute arising from the execution of this Purchase Order concerning the Social Worker services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Paris, located at 31 Quai Voltaire, 75007 Paris, France.

5.2 – The Social Worker(s) engaged under this Purchase Order shall comply with all provisions of the French Code de l'Action Sociale et des Familles (CASF), including the professional secrecy obligations set forth in Article L. 411-1 and the ethical code of the Conseil National de l'Ordre des Travailleurs Sociaux.

5.3 – Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice receipt. Invoices shall be issued in Euros (EUR) and submitted to the Direction Générale de l'Action Sociale, Mairie de Paris, 75004 Paris, France. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by Article L. 441-10 of the French Code de Commerce.

5.4 – The Social Worker shall maintain valid professional liability insurance (assurance responsabilité civile professionnelle) with a minimum coverage of €5,000,000, issued by an insurer authorized to operate in France.

5.5 – Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 60 days' written notice delivered to the registered address in Paris, France. In the event of termination, the Social Worker shall complete all open case files and transfer records to the receiving Social Worker designated by the Mairie de Paris.

5.6 – Data Protection: All personal data processed by the Social Worker in the course of this Purchase Order shall be handled in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Loi Informatique et Libertés (Loi n° 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978, as amended).

All services rendered by the Social Worker under this Purchase Order shall be performed within the city of Paris, France (Code INSEE: 75056). Primary service locations include the Centre d'Action Sociale de la Ville de Paris (CASF) at 115 Rue de la Convention, 75015 Paris, and the relevant Mairies d'Arrondissement as directed by the supervising social services coordinator.
