- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding procurement instrument under the German Civil Code (BGB) and the applicable public procurement regulations of the Free State of Bavaria (BayVgV). All services shall be rendered in compliance with the Social Code Book VIII (SGB VIII) and Book XII (SGB XII) of Germany.
- All Social Worker personnel engaged under this order must hold a state-recognized qualification (Staatsexamen) in Social Work or Social Pedagogy as issued by the relevant authority in Bavaria, Germany. Proof of certification shall be submitted prior to the commencement of duties.
- Services shall be delivered exclusively within the municipal boundaries of Germany Munich (Landeshauptstadt München), including all 25 administrative districts. Off-site travel beyond Munich city limits requires prior written approval from the Procurement Department.
