This Purchase Order is issued by PT Nusantara Sosial Sejahtera to procure the professional services of a qualified Social Worker to be deployed and stationed in Indonesia Jakarta for the purpose of delivering community welfare interventions, family counseling, child protection advocacy, and vulnerable population support programs. The Social Worker shall operate in full compliance with the Indonesian Social Work Act (Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Kesejahteraan Sosial) and all applicable regulations issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.

- Commencement Date: The Social Worker's service period shall commence on 1 August 2025 and conclude on 31 July 2026, unless extended by mutual written agreement between the parties.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in monthly installments of IDR 42,180,000 (inclusive of VAT) within fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of a valid tax invoice (faktur pajak) issued by the vendor. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account at Bank Mandiri, Indonesia Jakarta branch.
- Performance Standards: The Social Worker shall maintain a minimum caseload of twenty-five (25) active clients per month, submit monthly progress reports to the Department of Community Welfare Programs, and attend all scheduled coordination meetings with Dinas Sosial DKI Jakarta and relevant neighborhood-level social service offices (P2TP2A, UPTD PPA).
- Confidentiality: The Social Worker is bound by strict confidentiality obligations in accordance with Indonesian data protection law (Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi) and the professional code of ethics of IPSPI. All client records pertaining to Indonesia Jakarta residents shall be stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the vendor shall ensure a smooth transition of all active Social Worker caseloads to a replacement professional or to the internal team of PT Nusantara Sosial Sejahtera within Indonesia Jakarta.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved amicably. Failing amicable resolution, disputes shall be submitted to the Commercial Court (Pengadilan Niaga) in Jakarta, Indonesia Jakarta, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including all applicable regulations of the Ministry of Social Affairs and the local government of DKI Jakarta.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated lockdowns, or public health emergencies affecting Indonesia Jakarta.
