- Commencement: The Social Worker and support team shall commence all services no later than 10 business days following the execution of this Purchase Order. All fieldwork shall be conducted within the administrative boundaries of Iran Tehran unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Purchasing Organization.
- Qualification Requirements: The primary Social Worker must hold a valid license issued by the Iranian Social Welfare Organization, possess a minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited Iranian university, and demonstrate a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in community-based social services.
- Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three (3) equal installments: 40% upon successful commencement and first monthly report; 35% upon submission of the mid-term impact assessment; and 25% upon delivery and acceptance of the final comprehensive report. All payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the vendor's registered account in Iran Tehran.
- Compliance: The Social Worker shall adhere to all applicable Iranian labor laws, the National Social Welfare Act, and the ethical code of conduct established by the Iranian Association of Social Workers. All services delivered in Iran Tehran must comply with local municipal regulations and data protection standards.
- Confidentiality: All client information, case files, and personal data collected during the engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential. The Social Worker shall not disclose any identifying information without written consent, in accordance with Iranian privacy legislation.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the vendor shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the termination date, and all case files shall be transferred to the Tehran Social Welfare Bureau within five (5) business days.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation under the jurisdiction of the Tehran Provincial Arbitration Council. If mediation fails, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Iran Tehran.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting Iran Tehran.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement for the procurement of Social Worker services as described herein. The Purchasing Organization confirms that adequate budgetary allocation has been secured, and the Vendor confirms the availability of a qualified Social Worker and support team to fulfill all obligations within the specified timeframe in Iran Tehran.
