- Payment Terms: Net 30 days from receipt of a valid invoice. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account in Israel. All invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (IS-JLM-2025-04782).
- Service Location: All Social Worker services shall be rendered within the Israel Jerusalem municipal boundaries, including the Old City, East Jerusalem neighborhoods, and the western districts. The Social Worker shall maintain a primary office at the Jerusalem Social Services Center, 12 King George Street.
- Qualification Requirements: The Social Worker assigned under this Purchase Order must hold a B.S.W. or M.S.W. degree from an accredited Israeli university, a current license from the Israeli Ministry of Health, and fluency in both Hebrew and Arabic to serve the diverse population of Israel Jerusalem.
- Compliance: The vendor and the Social Worker shall comply with all applicable Israeli labor laws, the Social Work Professions Law, the Privacy Protection Law (5741-1981), and the Municipality of Jerusalem's internal procurement regulations.
