2. Qualification Requirements: The Social Worker engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid Level 1 or Level 2 Social Worker license issued under the Japanese Social Worker Act (社会福祉士法). The Social Worker must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in community welfare services within Japan Osaka or equivalent metropolitan areas.
3. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made on a monthly basis within thirty (30) days of receipt of an approved invoice. 6. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Social Worker shall complete all active casework transitions and deliver a comprehensive handover report to the Board.
7. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Osaka District Court, Japan Osaka.
8. Insurance: The Social Worker shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of JPY 50,000,000 for the duration of the engagement under this Purchase Order.

The Social Worker shall be physically deployed to the primary office of the Osaka Metropolitan Social Welfare Board located in Nakanoshima, Kita-ku, Japan Osaka, for a minimum of five (5) days per week. Additional fieldwork shall be conducted at community centers, municipal welfare offices, and partner organizations throughout the Japan Osaka metropolitan area as directed by the supervising case manager. The Social Worker is expected to maintain a working schedule of 09:00 to 17:30, Monday through Friday, with availability for emergency response as outlined in Line Item 05 of this Purchase Order.
