Terms and Conditions

This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Almaty Community Development Foundation (hereinafter "the Buyer") and Almaty Professional Social Services LLP (hereinafter "the Vendor") for the procurement of professional Social Worker services as described in the line items above.
The Social Worker engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid professional license issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan and must be registered in the national social services practitioner database. Proof of licensure shall be provided prior to the commencement of services.
All services shall be performed in accordance with the Social Services Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Social Protection, and all applicable municipal regulations governing social work practice in Kazakhstan Almaty.
The Vendor shall ensure that the Social Worker maintains full professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of 10,000,000 KZT, valid throughout the term of this Purchase Order.
Payment shall be made in tenge (KZT) via bank transfer to the account specified above within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 0.1% per calendar day as stipulated by the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Buyer reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice if the Social Worker fails to meet the performance benchmarks outlined in the quarterly review schedule, or if a material breach of the Social Services Law is identified.
All client records, case files, and personal data handled by the Social Worker shall be stored in compliance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Its Protection" (No. 94-V, 2013). Data shall be processed exclusively within the territory of Kazakhstan Almaty and shall not be transferred to third parties without written consent.
Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through negotiation first, and failing that, through the Almaty City Arbitration Court in accordance with the procedural rules of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The place of execution is the city of Almaty, Kazakhstan.
The Vendor acknowledges that the Social Worker shall have no authority to enter into any contractual obligation on behalf of the Buyer beyond the scope explicitly defined in this Purchase Order document.
