This Purchase Order is issued by the Nairobi Community Development Authority for the procurement and engagement of qualified Social Worker professionals to deliver community-based social welfare services across the Nairobi metropolitan area, Kenya. The Social Worker services shall be rendered in accordance with the Kenya Social Work Act, the National Social Protection Policy, and all applicable regulations of the Kenya Social Work Council. The Social Worker personnel engaged under this Purchase Order shall operate within the Nairobi County jurisdiction and shall report directly to the NCDA Social Services & Welfare Division.

Terms and Conditions of this Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya and shall be interpreted in accordance with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act (2015) and its Regulations.
- The Supplier shall ensure that all Social Worker personnel engaged under this Purchase Order hold valid licences issued by the Kenya Social Work Council and shall provide copies of such licences prior to the commencement of services in Nairobi.
- All Social Worker services shall be delivered within the Nairobi County administrative boundaries, Kenya, and shall comply with the Nairobi County Government's Social Services Strategic Plan 2023–2027.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Supplier, subject to satisfactory verification of services rendered by the NCDA Social Services & Welfare Division in Nairobi.
- The Supplier shall maintain adequate professional indemnity insurance and workmen's compensation insurance for all Social Worker staff deployed in the field across Nairobi, Kenya, for the duration of this Purchase Order.
- Any amendment, variation, or extension of this Purchase Order shall be made in writing and signed by both parties. No verbal modifications to the scope of Social Worker services shall be binding.
- The Supplier shall submit monthly progress reports detailing the activities of each Social Worker, number of beneficiaries served, and challenges encountered in the Nairobi field operations.
- In the event of default or unsatisfactory performance by any Social Worker, the Supplier shall replace the individual within fourteen (14) calendar days at no additional cost to the Purchasing Entity.
- All data collected by Social Worker personnel in the course of their duties in Nairobi shall be handled in strict compliance with the Kenya Data Protection Act (2019) and the NCDA's internal data governance policies.
- This Purchase Order shall be valid from the date of issue until 31st December 2025, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the termination clause of the underlying service contract.
