This Purchase Order is issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs, Kuwait, to formally procure the professional services of a qualified Social Worker to be deployed and stationed in Kuwait, Kuwait City. The Social Worker shall provide comprehensive community welfare support, case management, family counseling, and vulnerable population outreach services in accordance with the regulations of the State of Kuwait and the directives of the Ministry of Social Affairs.

The Social Worker engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, possess at least five (5) years of documented professional experience in community-based social services, and demonstrate fluency in both Arabic and English. The Social Worker shall be subject to the labor laws of Kuwait and must obtain the appropriate work permit and residency visa (Iqama) prior to commencing duties in Kuwait City.

4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
Commencement of Services: The Social Worker shall commence duties no later than 30 days from the date of full payment of the initial recruitment and visa processing fees. The primary place of work shall be the Ministry of Social Affairs office located in Al-Salimiyah, Kuwait City, Kuwait.
Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account. Monthly service fees for the Social Worker shall be due within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of an approved monthly service report. The initial recruitment and visa fees are due within ten (10) business days of the signing of this Purchase Order.
Compliance with Kuwaiti Regulations: The Social Worker must comply with all applicable Kuwaiti labor laws, social services regulations, and professional conduct codes. The supplier is responsible for ensuring the Social Worker holds valid professional licensure recognized by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Social Affairs.
Confidentiality: The Social Worker shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, case files, and sensitive data encountered during the course of duties in Kuwait City. Breach of confidentiality shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of this Purchase Order.
Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of material breach by the supplier or failure of the Social Worker to meet performance standards, the Buyer may terminate this Purchase Order with immediate effect upon written notice.
Insurance: The supplier shall maintain comprehensive professional liability insurance covering the Social Worker's activities in Kuwait, Kuwait City, with a minimum coverage of KWD 50,000 per incident.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting Kuwait City.
Amendments: Any amendments or modifications to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Verbal agreements shall not be binding.
Entire Agreement: This Purchase Order, together with any attached schedules and annexes, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the procurement of Social Worker services in Kuwait, Kuwait City, and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements.
