3. All services shall be delivered within the geographical boundaries of Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, specifically covering the municipal areas of Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL), including the 17 administrative zones designated by the local authority.
4. The Social Worker shall comply with all applicable Malaysian legislation, including the Social Welfare Act 1966 (Act 330), the Child Act 2001 (Act 619), the Domestic Violence Act 1994 (Act 521), and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

If mediation fails, disputes shall be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur.
