- Validity: This Purchase Order is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. The Social Worker must confirm acceptance in writing within this period to activate the contractual obligations herein described.
- Service Period: The professional engagement of the Social Worker shall commence on July 1, 2025, and conclude on September 30, 2025, covering a total of three (3) months of active fieldwork in Peru Lima.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three (3) equal monthly installments of S/ 6,733.87 (including IGV), due on the 5th business day of the month following each completed service period. Payment shall be executed via bank transfer to the account specified in Section 2. A formal invoice (Factura) issued in accordance with the SUNAFIL and SUNAT regulations of the Republic of Peru must accompany each payment request.
- Compliance with Peruvian Law: The Social Worker shall perform all duties in strict compliance with the Peruvian Code of Ethics for Social Workers, the Ley General de la Familia (Ley N° 26703), the Ley de Protección de Datos Personales (Ley N° 29733), and all applicable regulations of the Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Populations (MINJUS) governing social work practice in Peru Lima.
- Confidentiality: The Social Worker shall maintain absolute confidentiality regarding all personal data, case files, and community information obtained during the execution of this Purchase Order in Peru Lima. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of services.
- Deliverables: The Social Worker shall submit a written progress report by the 10th business day of each month. The final comprehensive report, including impact metrics, beneficiary feedback, and recommendations for program continuation, shall be delivered within fifteen (15) business days of the service period's conclusion.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of fifteen (15) calendar days. In the event of early termination, payment shall be made pro-rata for services actually rendered by the Social Worker up to the termination date.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent civil courts of Peru Lima, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting the Peru Lima metropolitan area.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the civil and commercial laws of the Republic of Peru, with particular reference to the regulations applicable to professional services contracts in the city of Peru Lima.
