Terms and Conditions

1. This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Nour Community Development & Social Services Organization for the procurement of a qualified Social Worker to deliver community-based social welfare services in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. The Social Worker shall report directly to the Director of Social Programs and operate within the Al-Nour Community Center premises.
2. The Social Worker must hold a valid Master's degree in Social Work or a closely related discipline, possess a professional license issued by the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, and demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of relevant field experience in family services, child welfare, or community development.
3. All employment terms, visa sponsorship, and work permit arrangements for the Social Worker shall be processed in strict accordance with the Saudi Labor Law (Royal Decree No. M/51) and the regulations of the Jeddah Municipality. The supplier, HumanBridge Professional Recruitment & Staffing LLC, assumes full responsibility for timely completion of all immigration and labor documentation.
4. The Social Worker shall adhere to the Saudi Code of Professional Conduct for Social Workers and comply with all directives issued by the National Committee for Social Work in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. Confidentiality of client records is mandatory under Saudi data protection regulations.
5. Payment shall be made in Saudi Riyals (SAR) via bank transfer within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Saudi commercial law.
6. This Purchase Order may be terminated by either party with a written notice of sixty (60) days. Upon termination, the Social Worker's employment shall be concluded in compliance with Saudi labor regulations, including payment of any accrued end-of-service benefits.
7. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, or through arbitration under the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) in Jeddah.
8. The supplier warrants that the Social Worker shall not be engaged in any conflicting professional capacity during the contract term and shall maintain all required professional registrations current throughout the engagement period in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
