6. This Purchase Order may be terminated by either party with thirty (30) days written notice. 7. All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation under the Singapore Singapore Mediation Centre, and failing resolution, through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Singapore Singapore.
8. The Social Worker shall attend all mandatory briefings, supervision sessions, and inter-agency coordination meetings organised by the Singapore Singapore Community Welfare Board and relevant partner agencies within the Singapore Singapore social services ecosystem.
9. This Purchase Order does not constitute an employment relationship. The Social Worker is engaged as a contracted professional service provider and is not an employee of the Singapore Singapore Community Welfare Board.
