Terms and Conditions

Qualification Requirements: All Social Workers engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid Social Worker License issued by the Ministry of Health and Welfare of South Korea. Senior and Supervisor-level Social Workers must possess a minimum of five (5) years of documented experience in community-based social services within Seoul or the broader Seoul Capital Area.
Compliance with South Korean Law: The Supplier shall ensure that all Social Worker personnel comply with the Social Worker Act (Act No. 11680), the Child Welfare Act, the Domestic Violence Act, and all applicable municipal regulations of Seoul, South Korea. Any violation shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of this Purchase Order.
Work Location: All Social Worker services shall be rendered at designated community centers, welfare offices, and field locations within the administrative boundaries of Seoul, South Korea. Travel between districts within Seoul is included in the contracted scope.
Payment Schedule: Invoices shall be submitted on the last business day of each month. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in KRW within thirty (30) calendar days of invoice receipt. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by the Korean Commercial Act.
Performance Standards: The Supplier shall maintain a minimum client satisfaction rate of 85% as measured by quarterly surveys conducted by the Seoul Metropolitan Social Welfare Administration. Failure to meet this standard for two consecutive quarters shall trigger a formal review of this Purchase Order.
Confidentiality: All Social Worker personnel shall adhere to the Personal Information Protection Act of South Korea and maintain strict confidentiality regarding client records, case files, and sensitive personal data collected during service delivery in Seoul.
Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with sixty (60) days written notice. The Purchasing Party may terminate immediately for material breach, including but not limited to unlicensed practice by a Social Worker or gross negligence in client care.
Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Seoul, South Korea, in accordance with the rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board.
Insurance: The Supplier shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of KRW 500,000,000 per occurrence, valid throughout the contract term, covering all Social Worker activities performed in Seoul, South Korea.
