3. Description of Procurement – Social Worker Services

This Purchase Order is issued by the Consell Social de la Comunitat Valenciana to formally procure the professional services of a qualified Social Worker to be deployed and operational within the jurisdiction of Spain Valencia. 5. Terms and Conditions

This Purchase Order constitutes a binding procurement instrument under Spanish public and private contract law (Ley 9/2017 del Contrato del Sector Público, where applicable, or the Civil Code for private engagements). All parties acknowledge that the services described herein are to be rendered exclusively within the administrative boundaries of Spain Valencia, including the province of Valencia and its associated municipalities.
The Social Worker or team of Social Workers engaged under this order must hold a valid degree in Social Work (Grado en Trabajo Social) recognized by the Spanish Ministry of Education and be registered with the Col·legi Oficial de Treball Social de la Comunitat Valenciana. Additional certifications in child protection, gerontology, or community development are required for the specialized positions listed in Section 4.
Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice receipt. Invoices must be issued in euros (EUR) and reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-SW-VAL-0047). Payment shall be made via direct bank transfer to the account designated by Servicios Sociales Integrales Levante S.L.
The Social Worker personnel shall comply with all data protection obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), ensuring the confidentiality and security of all client records generated during service delivery in Spain Valencia.
Service commencement date: 1 July 2025. The initial contract period is twelve (12) months, renewable by mutual written agreement. Any termination must be communicated with a minimum of sixty (60) days' written notice.
The Supplier warrants that all Social Worker staff will be properly insured under Spanish social security (Seguridad Social) and that all applicable payroll taxes, including contributions to the Comunitat Valenciana regional social services fund, shall be the sole responsibility of the Supplier.
Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved by the competent courts of Valencia, Spain, in accordance with the jurisdictional rules established by the Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil. The parties may, however, opt for mediation through the Consell de la Comunitat Valenciana's mediation office prior to initiating litigation.
All deliverables, case reports, and intervention plans produced by the Social Worker team shall be submitted in both Spanish and Valencian (Catalan) languages, in compliance with the linguistic regulations of the Comunitat Valenciana (Llei 4/1983 de Normalització de l'Ús del Valencià).

6. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, both parties confirm that this Purchase Order for Social Worker services in Spain Valencia has been reviewed, understood, and accepted in its entirety. The terms set forth herein supersede any prior verbal or written agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter of this procurement.
