This Purchase Order is issued by Stiftung Soziale Integration Zürich (hereinafter referred to as the "Purchasing Entity") to Helvetia Sozialberatung AG (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") for the professional engagement of a qualified Social Worker to deliver community-based social support services within the canton of Switzerland Zurich. The Social Worker shall be responsible for case management, family support, youth counselling, integration assistance for newly arrived residents, and coordination with municipal social welfare offices in the city of Zurich. This Purchase Order governs all terms, conditions, deliverables, and financial obligations associated with the Social Worker's engagement for the period specified herein.

- Qualification Requirements: The Social Worker engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a recognised degree in Social Work (Sozialarbeit) as certified by the Swiss Federal Office of Social Security (BFSoz) and be registered with the cantonal social work register in Switzerland Zurich. A valid professional liability insurance certificate shall be provided prior to commencement of services.
- Service Period: The Social Worker's engagement shall commence on 1 July 2025 and conclude on 30 June 2026, unless extended by mutual written agreement between the Purchasing Entity and the Service Provider. Any extension shall be documented as an amendment to this Purchase Order.
- Working Location: All services shall be performed primarily at the SSI Zürich facility located at Bahnhofstrasse 142, 8001 Zürich, Switzerland. The Social Worker may also conduct home visits and fieldwork within the administrative boundaries of the city of Zurich and the surrounding canton as required by case assignments.
- Payment Schedule: Invoices shall be submitted monthly by the Service Provider no later than the fifth business day of the following month. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate prescribed by the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR Art. 104).
- Confidentiality and Data Protection: The Social Worker shall comply fully with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (DSG) and all applicable cantonal regulations in Switzerland Zurich. All client records, case files, and personal data shall be handled in strict accordance with the confidentiality obligations set forth in this Purchase Order and the separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) referenced herein.
- Performance Standards: The Social Worker shall maintain a minimum caseload of twenty-five (25) active clients and shall submit monthly progress reports to the Purchasing Entity's Programme Director. Failure to meet performance benchmarks for two consecutive months shall constitute grounds for review and potential termination of this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of material breach, the non-breaching party may terminate with fourteen (14) days' notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices for services rendered up to the termination date shall be settled in full.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, with the canton of Zurich as the exclusive venue for any disputes arising hereunder. The Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) shall apply to all contractual matters.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated closures in Switzerland Zurich.
