• 4.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon signature by both parties. Any amendments to the scope, pricing, or duration of the Social Worker services must be documented in a written addendum signed by both parties.
• 4.2 The Supplier guarantees that all Social Worker personnel assigned under this Purchase Order are fully qualified, insured, and in compliance with the professional standards set forth by the Turkish Social Work Association (Türkiye Sosyal Hizmet Uzmanları Derneği).
• 4.3 Payment shall be made in monthly instalments via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in Ankara, within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice and the corresponding monthly service report.
• 4.4 The Buyer reserves the right to conduct quarterly performance evaluations of the Social Worker services. Failure to meet the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for two consecutive quarters shall entitle the Buyer to terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice.
• 4.5 All client data collected by the Social Worker during the course of service delivery in Ankara shall be handled in strict accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applicable.
• 4.6 The Supplier shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of TRY 5,000,000 for the duration of this Purchase Order, naming the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality as an additional insured party.
• 4.7 Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Ankara Courts of Law (Ankara Mahkemeleri) in accordance with the Turkish Code of Civil Procedure.
