1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the specific procurement regulations of the Abu Dhabi government. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Abu Dhabi Courts of Justice.
2. The Social Worker engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, possess a minimum of five (5) years of post-qualification experience in family and child welfare, and be registered with the Abu Dhabi Social Work Council prior to commencing duties.
3. The vendor shall ensure that the Social Worker complies with all UAE labour laws, including the Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 on the Regulation of Labour Relations, and shall maintain valid health insurance coverage throughout the contract period.
4. Payment shall be made on a monthly basis within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the vendor. All payments shall be processed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer to the account specified above.
5. The Social Worker shall be bound by strict confidentiality obligations under UAE Federal Law No. 34 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. All client records, case files, and personal information handled by the Social Worker in Abu Dhabi shall be stored in accordance with the Abu Dhabi Social Development Authority data protection policy.
6. The vendor shall provide a replacement Social Worker of equivalent or superior qualification within fourteen (14) calendar days should the originally assigned Social Worker resign, be terminated, or become unavailable for any reason.
7. This Purchase Order is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of acceptance and may be renewed upon mutual written agreement of both parties, subject to budgetary approval by the Abu Dhabi Social Development Authority.
8. The vendor shall indemnify the Abu Dhabi Social Development Authority against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from the negligence, misconduct, or professional malpractice of the Social Worker while performing duties under this Purchase Order in the United Arab Emirates.
9. All deliverables, reports, and case documentation produced by the Social Worker shall be submitted in both Arabic and English to the Abu Dhabi Social Development Authority within five (5) working days of the end of each reporting month.
