The Social Worker shall commence duties no later than 1 September 2025 at the Manchester Metropolitan Social Care Authority regional office located at 120 Deansgate, Manchester, United Kingdom. The initial placement will be within the Manchester city centre and northern boroughs, with the possibility of reassignment to Salford or Stockport sites as operational demand requires. All onboarding, DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) enhanced check, and HCPC registration verification must be completed prior to the commencement date.
Payment against this Purchase Order shall be made on a monthly basis in arrears. Invoices must be submitted by the 5th of each month for services rendered in the preceding calendar month. Payment will be processed within 30 days of receipt of a valid invoice in accordance with the UK Prompt Payment Code. All payments shall be made via BACS transfer to the supplier's nominated bank account in the United Kingdom. Late payment interest shall accrue at the rate prescribed by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

- Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal modifications shall be null and void.
