All prices are quoted in Uzbekistan Som (UZS). The total amount of this Purchase Order is four hundred fifty-six million five hundred twelve thousand Uzbekistan Som (UZS 456,512,000), inclusive of applicable value-added tax.

4.1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Tashkent Social Development Agency and Tashkent Community Care & Social Services LLC for the provision of Social Worker services in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, for a period of twelve (12) months commencing on 1 July 2025.

4.2. The Social Worker engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid professional license issued by the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Population of the Republic of Uzbekistan and must demonstrate fluency in both Uzbek and Russian languages to effectively serve the diverse population of Tashkent.

4.3. The Social Worker shall adhere to the ethical code of practice established by the Uzbekistan Association of Social Workers and shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Personal Data Protection.

4.4. Payment shall be made in monthly installments within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of an approved invoice and the corresponding monthly progress report. Payments shall be transferred via bank wire to the vendor's account at the designated commercial bank in Tashkent.

4.5. The Purchasing Authority reserves the right to conduct quarterly performance reviews of the Social Worker's output, including the number of cases managed, client satisfaction surveys, and compliance with service delivery standards set by the Tashkent City Executive Committee.

4.6. Any modification, extension, or termination of this Purchase Order must be documented in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Early termination without cause shall require a sixty (60) day written notice.

4.7. This Purchase Order shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through negotiation, and failing that, through the competent courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

The Social Worker shall commence duties no later than 1 July 2025 at the designated service location in Tashkent. All onboarding, orientation with local social protection offices, and initial community mapping activities shall be completed within the first thirty (30) days of the engagement period. The Social Worker is expected to maintain a minimum of 90% attendance and availability throughout the contract term, with any absences to be reported in advance to the Tashkent Social Development Agency.

This Purchase Order is issued and authorized by the undersigned on behalf of the Tashkent Social Development Agency.
