The Software Engineer is expected to report directly to the Director of Engineering and will operate within the agile development framework adopted by our Colombia Bogotá office. The professional must demonstrate proficiency in Java, Python, TypeScript, cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure), microservices architecture, and DevOps practices. This Purchase Order covers a twelve-month engagement period with the possibility of renewal subject to mutual agreement and performance evaluation.

• 5.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Andes Digital Solutions S.A.S. and the contracted Software Engineer (or their staffing agency) for the provision of professional software engineering services in Colombia Bogotá.
• 5.2 The Software Engineer shall comply with all applicable Colombian labor regulations, including but not limited to the Código Sustantivo del Trabajo (CST) and Ley 1010 de 2006 regarding workplace conduct.
• 5.3 All intellectual property, code, documentation, and technical artifacts produced by the Software Engineer during the term of this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of Andes Digital Solutions S.A.S.
• 5.4 The Software Engineer is required to maintain a strict confidentiality agreement (NDA) covering all proprietary information, client data, and internal systems of Andes Digital Solutions and its partners in Colombia Bogotá and internationally.
• 5.5 Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account designated by the vendor. Invoices must be submitted by the 5th business day of each month for services rendered in the preceding month.
• 5.6 This Purchase Order may be terminated by either party with a 30-day written notice. In the event of termination, all company property, access credentials, and project materials must be returned within 5 business days.
• 5.7 The Software Engineer shall adhere to the code of conduct and security policies of the Colombia Bogotá office, including badge access protocols, data handling procedures, and incident reporting requirements.
• 5.8 Any modifications to the scope, duration, or compensation outlined in this Purchase Order must be documented in a formal amendment signed by both parties.
• 5.9 Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in the city of Bogotá, D.C., Colombia, in accordance with Colombian commercial law.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Software Engineer at the Colombia Bogotá facility. This document is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance.
