The position requires a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in full-stack development, proficiency in Python, Java, and cloud-based platforms, and the ability to work within a multicultural team environment typical of the Egypt Alexandria technology sector.

The Software Engineer shall report for duty at the NileTech Solutions S.A.E. office in Egypt Alexandria no later than 1 August 2025. All onboarding procedures, including issuance of the Egyptian work permit, social security registration with the National Social Insurance Fund, and completion of the company's internal security clearance, must be finalized prior to the commencement date. The supplier is responsible for ensuring that the Software Engineer holds a valid passport and all necessary immigration documentation for employment within the Arab Republic of Egypt.

• Payment shall be made in monthly installments via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account with the National Bank of Egypt, Alexandria Branch.
• A 10% advance payment (EGP 125,628.00) is due upon acceptance of this Purchase Order and execution of the service agreement.
• Remaining monthly payments are due on the 5th business day of each subsequent month, subject to satisfactory performance review of the Software Engineer.
• All amounts are denominated in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to applicable Egyptian tax regulations as enforced by the Egyptian Tax Authority.
• Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month, in accordance with Egyptian Commercial Law.

• This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Egypt Alexandria.
• The Software Engineer shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and intellectual property assignment clause protecting all code, designs, and proprietary information developed during the engagement.
• The supplier warrants that the Software Engineer is not under any conflicting employment or consultancy obligation at the time of engagement.
• Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, all work-in-progress deliverables shall be handed over to NileTech Solutions S.A.E.
• The supplier shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EGP 5,000,000 for the duration of the contract.
• All work performed by the Software Engineer shall comply with Egyptian data protection regulations and the Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020).

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Software Engineer in Egypt Alexandria.
