• Participation in all sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings held at the Israel Tel Aviv office (Monday through Thursday, 09:00–17:00 Israel Standard Time).
• Maintenance of comprehensive technical documentation in both English and Hebrew, stored in NovaTech's internal repository accessible to all Israel Tel Aviv staff.
• Adherence to NovaTech's coding standards, security protocols, and intellectual property policies as defined in the master service agreement.

• Commencement Date: This Purchase Order becomes effective on July 1, 2025, provided both parties execute the signature block below. The Software Engineer must be on-site in Israel Tel Aviv by the commencement date.
