The role requires a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in full-stack software development, proficiency in Java, Python, and TypeScript, and demonstrated expertise in cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP). The Software Engineer will report directly to the Head of Engineering at the Buyer's Rome office and will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, quality assurance specialists, and DevOps engineers.

- Scope of Work: The Software Engineer shall perform all duties and responsibilities as outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW), which forms an integral part of this Purchase Order. All work shall be carried out at the Buyer's premises in Italy Rome unless otherwise authorized in writing.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of a valid invoice from the Supplier. Invoices shall be submitted monthly in arrears. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Supplier. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Italian commercial law.
- Intellectual Property: All work product, code, documentation, and deliverables created by the Software Engineer in the course of this engagement shall be the exclusive property of the Buyer. The Supplier warrants that no third-party intellectual property rights shall be infringed by the deliverables.
- Confidentiality: The Software Engineer shall be bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed prior to the commencement of services. - Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of sixty (60) days. - Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Rome, Italy, in accordance with Italian civil procedure law.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic. The place of performance and jurisdiction is Italy Rome.
