The Software Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform duties at the Amsterdam Digital Solutions B.V. office located at Keizersgracht 420, Amsterdam, Netherlands. The Software Engineer is expected to possess a minimum of five years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with demonstrated proficiency in modern programming languages, cloud infrastructure, and agile development methodologies. The role requires the Software Engineer to collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure that all deliverables meet the quality and performance standards established by our engineering leadership in Netherlands Amsterdam. The Software Engineer must comply with all applicable Dutch employment laws, data protection regulations (including GDPR as enforced in the Netherlands), and the internal code of conduct of Amsterdam Digital Solutions B.V.
- 1. Acceptance: This Purchase Order shall become binding upon written acceptance by TechTalent Netherlands B.V. within ten (10) business days of the date of issue. Failure to respond within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
- 2. Delivery / Commencement: The Software Engineer shall commence duties no later than 1 September 2025 at the designated office in Netherlands Amsterdam. Any delay in commencement must be communicated in writing at least five (5) business days in advance.
- 3. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice. The recruitment and placement fee (Item 4) is due upon successful onboarding of the Software Engineer. The remaining amounts shall be invoiced monthly in arrears.
- 4. Currency: All amounts stated in this Purchase Order are in Euros (EUR). No currency conversion or exchange rate adjustments shall apply.
- 5. Governing Law: This Purchase Order and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
- 6. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the terms of this Purchase Order, the identity and compensation of the Software Engineer, and all proprietary information exchanged during the engagement period.
- 7. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Software Engineer's employment shall be handled in accordance with Dutch labor law (Burgerlijk Wetboek Book 7).
