1. Description of ProcurementThis Purchase Order is issued by TechnoBridge Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd., a technology services firm headquartered in Pakistan Islamabad, for the procurement of professional services rendered by a qualified Software Engineer. - Commencement Date: The Software Engineer shall commence duties on or before 1 August 2025 at the designated office in Pakistan Islamabad. Failure to report within five (5) business days of the commencement date shall constitute grounds for cancellation of this Purchase Order.
- Payment Terms: Monthly compensation shall be disbursed via bank transfer to the Software Engineer's designated account no later than the 5th business day of each subsequent month. All payments are subject to applicable withholding tax as per the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) regulations in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Working Hours: The Software Engineer shall observe standard business hours of 09:00 to 17:30, Monday through Friday, at the Pakistan Islamabad office. Overtime, if required, shall be compensated at 1.5x the hourly rate in accordance with the Pakistan Labour Welfare Ordinance.
- Intellectual Property: All code, documentation, designs, and proprietary knowledge developed by the Software Engineer during the term of this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of TechnoBridge Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. The Software Engineer shall sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to commencement.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination by the company without cause, the Software Engineer shall be entitled to one month's severance pay as per Pakistani employment law applicable in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Compliance: The Software Engineer shall comply with all data protection regulations, including the Pakistan Personal Data Protection Bill, and shall ensure that all software developed adheres to ISO 27001 security standards.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Islamabad under the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan, before a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Pakistan Islamabad.
