- This Purchase Order is issued by Andes Digital Solutions S.A.C. for the procurement of professional Software Engineer services to be rendered in Peru Lima. The supplier, TechTalent Peru E.I.R.L., acknowledges receipt of this Purchase Order and agrees to fulfill all obligations herein within the stipulated timelines.
- The Software Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall report to the Peru Lima office located at Av. Javier Prado Este 1250, San Isidro, on a full-time basis (Monday through Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 local time, Peru time – GMT-5). Remote work arrangements, if any, must be pre-approved in writing by the Buyer's Project Director.
- Payment terms for this Purchase Order are Net 30 days from the date of invoice issuance. Invoices must be submitted in Peruvian Soles (PEN) and must reference Purchase Order number PL-2025-04872. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the supplier.
- The Software Engineer shall comply with all applicable Peruvian labor regulations, data protection laws (Ley N° 29733 – Personal Data Protection Law), and the internal code of conduct of Andes Digital Solutions. All work products, source code, and intellectual property created by the Software Engineer during the engagement in Peru Lima shall be the exclusive property of the Buyer.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the supplier shall be compensated for services rendered up to the termination date, less any applicable deductions. The Software Engineer shall complete a full knowledge transfer to the Peru Lima team before departure.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Peru Lima in accordance with the Peruvian Civil Code. If mediation fails, the matter shall be submitted to the competent commercial courts of the Lima judicial district.
- This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the engagement of the Software Engineer in Peru Lima and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements. Amendments must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
- The supplier warrants that the Software Engineer assigned under this Purchase Order possesses a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development, proficiency in at least two of the following: Java, Python, Go, or C#, and demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) relevant to the Peru Lima project scope.
