This Purchase Order is issued by Helvetia Digital Solutions AG for the engagement of a qualified Software Engineer to be deployed at the client's primary office located in Switzerland Zurich. Payment shall be rendered via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Switzerland Zurich within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. All amounts are denominated in Swiss Francs (CHF). Late payments shall incur interest at the statutory rate prescribed under Swiss Code of Obligations (OR Article 104).
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Swiss Confederation, with the canton of Switzerland Zurich serving as the exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes arising hereunder.
- Confidentiality: The Software Engineer shall be bound by a strict non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covering all proprietary information, source code, client data, and business strategies encountered during the engagement in Switzerland Zurich. This obligation survives termination for a period of five (5) years.
