All prices stated in this Purchase Order are inclusive of the Software Engineer's professional liability insurance, applicable social security contributions under Turkish labor law, and any local transportation costs incurred while performing duties within the Turkey Ankara metropolitan area. The supplier shall issue a compliant Turkish fiscal invoice (fatura) for each monthly payment cycle.

The Software Engineer shall render all services at the buyer's designated workspace in Turkey Ankara, specifically at the address listed in the Buyer section above. In the event that the buyer relocates its operations within the Turkey Ankara municipality, the Software Engineer shall be required to follow the new location without additional compensation, provided the new site remains within a 25-kilometer radius of the original Turkey Ankara office. Any relocation outside this radius shall trigger a renegotiation clause under this Purchase Order.

• Payment shall be made in monthly installments via bank transfer (EFT/Havale) to the supplier's designated account in Turkey Ankara, within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice.
• A mobilization advance of 10% of the total Purchase Order value shall be disbursed within five (5) business days of mutual signature of this document.
• Late payments shall incur a penalty interest rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with Turkish commercial law (Türk Ticaret Kanunu).
• All financial transactions related to this Purchase Order shall be conducted in Turkish Lira (TRY) unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
