This Purchase Order is issued by Tashkent Digital Solutions LLP to procure the professional services of a qualified Software Engineer to be deployed and performing duties within the city of Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The Software Engineer shall be responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of enterprise-grade software applications for the buyer's internal operations and client-facing digital platforms. The engagement is structured as a fixed-term service contract with the possibility of extension upon mutual agreement.

The Software Engineer team engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform all duties at the buyer's primary office located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, specifically at 14 Amir Temur Avenue. The scope includes but is not limited to: architectural design of microservice-based applications; full-cycle software development following Agile/Scrum methodologies; continuous integration and continuous deployment pipeline management; performance optimization and security auditing; and provision of comprehensive technical documentation. Each Software Engineer shall work a standard 40-hour week, Monday through Friday, in compliance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

This Purchase Order is governed by the commercial laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan under the rules of the Tashkent International Arbitration Centre. The supplier warrants that each Software Engineer assigned to this contract possesses the qualifications, certifications, and professional experience as outlined in the attached resumes. The buyer reserves the right to request substitution of any Software Engineer who fails to meet performance benchmarks within a 30-day remediation period. All intellectual property created by the Software Engineer team during the term of this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of Tashkent Digital Solutions LLP. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's account at a licensed commercial bank operating in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
