4. All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be performed in compliance with the Algerian national curriculum for inclusive education and the specific guidelines issued by the Wilaya of Algiers for the integration of students with special needs.

6. The Special Education Teacher is required to submit a monthly activity report to the Directorate of National Education, Algiers, detailing student progress, IEP modifications, parent meetings conducted, and any additional resources required.
7. This Purchase Order may be terminated by either party with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of termination, all outstanding payments for services already rendered shall be settled in full within fifteen (15) business days.
8. All personal data collected in connection with this Purchase Order shall be handled in accordance with Algerian data protection regulations (Law No. 18-07 of 2018).
9. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation between the parties. Failing resolution within sixty (60) days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent administrative court in Algiers, Algeria.

The Special Education Teacher shall report for duty at the designated inclusive education center located in the Hydra district of Algiers, Algeria, on 01 September 2025 at 08:00 hours. The Special Education Teacher shall be provided with a dedicated classroom, access to the school’s administrative systems, and a direct line of communication with the school principal and the Wilaya’s inclusive education coordinator. All teaching materials and assistive technology listed in Line Item 02 shall be delivered to the Algiers facility no later than 25 August 2025.
