Terms and Conditions
- Scope of Work: The vendor shall provide qualified Special Education Teacher personnel who hold a valid "Habilitación Docente" issued by the Consejo Provincial de Educación of Córdoba, Argentina, and who meet the requirements established under Ley N° 10.141 (Provincial Education Law) and Ley Nacional N° 26.206 (National Education Law).
- Commencement Date: All Special Education Teacher positions referenced in this Purchase Order shall commence on 17 de febrero de 2025, coinciding with the start of the academic year in Argentina Córdoba. The contract period shall extend through 20 de diciembre de 2025.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in monthly installments via electronic transfer (SPEI) to the vendor's registered bank account. Invoices must be submitted by the 5th business day of each month. Payment will be processed within 30 calendar days of invoice receipt, in accordance with the provincial procurement regulations of Córdoba, Argentina.
- Compliance: The vendor guarantees that all Special Education Teacher personnel assigned under this Purchase Order are registered with the ANSES (Administración Nacional de la Seguridad Social) and that all applicable social security contributions, including I.V.A., Ganancias, and provincial taxes, are duly paid.
- Performance Standards: Each Special Education Teacher shall maintain a minimum attendance rate of 95% per academic term. Failure to meet this standard for two consecutive months shall constitute grounds for termination of the specific line item without penalty to the Ministry.
- Confidentiality: All student records, IEPs, and behavioral data handled by the Special Education Teacher team are subject to Ley N° 25.326 (Personal Data Protection) and the provincial data protection regulations of Argentina Córdoba. The vendor shall execute a non-disclosure agreement prior to commencement.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination for convenience, the vendor shall be compensated for services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Córdoba, Argentina, and the national public procurement framework (Ley de Contratos de la Administración Pública N° 19.628, as amended). Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the city of Córdoba, Argentina.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government-mandated school closures in Argentina Córdoba.
