The Special Education Teacher or teachers engaged under this Purchase Order shall fulfill the following obligations within the municipality of Brazil, Rio de Janeiro:

1. Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (Planos de Desenvolvimento Individual — PDI) for each assigned student in accordance with Brazilian federal education law (Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação — LDB 9.394/96) and municipal decrees of Rio de Janeiro.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through the competent courts of the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, or through mediation and arbitration as provided under the Brazilian Civil Procedure Code (Código de Processo Civil — Lei 13.105/2015).
