- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Kinshasa Integrated Education Foundation and the appointed Special Education Teacher upon written acceptance. All terms are governed by the labor and employment laws of the Democratic Republic of Congo, specifically as applicable in Kinshasa.
- Payment terms: Monthly salary shall be disbursed on the last business day of each month via bank transfer to a local DR Congo bank account in Kinshasa. The relocation package and one-time items (Items 2, 4, 7) shall be paid within 14 days of contract commencement.
