- This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with the French Public Procurement Code (Code de la Commande Publique, 2021 edition) and the specific regulations governing the recruitment and deployment of a Special Education Teacher within the public education system of France Lyon.
- The Special Education Teacher engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid CAPA-SH (Certificat d'Aptitude Professionnelle aux Actions d'Éducation Spéciale et de Soins à l'Enfance Handicapée) or an equivalent recognized qualification. The candidate must pass a medical fitness assessment and a background check (casier judiciaire) prior to commencement of duties in France Lyon.
- All services described in this Purchase Order shall be performed in compliance with the French Labor Code (Code du Travail), the Education Code (Code de l'Éducation), and applicable regulations of the Académie de Lyon. The working location for the Special Education Teacher shall be the Institut Médico-Éducatif de Lyon-Nord, 18 Rue des Écoles, 69100 Villeurbanne, France Lyon metropolitan area.
- Payment shall be made by bank transfer to the account designated by the supplier within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code.
- The supplier warrants that the Special Education Teacher placed under this Purchase Order shall maintain all necessary professional certifications, insurance coverage, and regulatory registrations throughout the contract period. Any lapse in qualification shall be rectified within fifteen (15) business days at the supplier's sole expense.

- This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the recruitment and deployment of the Special Education Teacher and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
