  1. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, specifically the Bavarian State Education Act (BayEUG) and applicable provisions of the German Civil Code (BGB). All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Munich, Germany.
  2. Payment Schedule: Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in monthly installments via SEPA bank transfer to the account specified by the Special Education Teacher. The first payment is due within 30 days of the commencement date (1 September 2025). Invoices must reference Purchase Order number GM-2025-SE-0472.
  3. Qualification Requirements: The Special Education Teacher must maintain valid teaching authorization (Lehrberechtigung) for special education (Sonderpädagogik) issued by the Bayerisches Staatsministerium für Bildung, Wissenschaft und Forschung.
