- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of invoice receipt. The initial recruitment and relocation fees (Items 001, 002, 004, 007) are due upon execution of this Purchase Order. Monthly salary payments (Item 003) shall be processed on the 25th of each month via bank transfer to the Special Education Teacher's designated account in Japan Osaka.
- Delivery / Commencement: The Special Education Teacher must be fully onboarded and reporting to the Nakanoshima Special Support Elementary School no later than August 25, 2025. Failure to meet this deadline entitles the Buyer to a penalty of 5,000 JPY per day of delay.
- Qualification Requirements: The Special Education Teacher must hold a valid Japanese Special Support Education Teaching License (Tokubetsu Shien Kyouiku Kyoushi Shoken), demonstrate proficiency in Japanese at JLPT N1 level or equivalent, and possess a minimum of five years of documented experience in special education settings. All credentials will be verified by the Japan Osaka Board of Education prior to commencement.
- Compliance: All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall comply with the Japanese Labor Standards Act, the Special Support Education Act, and all local ordinances applicable in Japan Osaka. The supplier shall maintain full liability insurance coverage throughout the contract period.
- Confidentiality: All student records, Individualized Education Programs, and personal data of the Special Education Teacher shall be handled in strict accordance with the Japanese Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI).
