This Purchase Order is issued by Kuala Lumpur Integrated Education Services Sdn. Bhd. to procure the professional services of a qualified Special Education Teacher for deployment at our educational facilities located in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. - Scope of Engagement: The Special Education Teacher shall be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating individualized instruction plans for students with special educational needs at the designated school premises in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. The teacher shall collaborate with mainstream classroom teachers, school counselors, and parents to ensure holistic student development.
- Qualification Requirements: The Special Education Teacher must hold a valid teaching certificate issued by the Malaysian Ministry of Education, a recognized degree in Special Education or a related field, and demonstrate proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Additional certifications in areas such as speech therapy, occupational therapy coordination, or behavioral intervention are considered advantageous.
- Payment Terms: Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in monthly installments via bank transfer to the account designated by SERPA Malaysia. The first payment shall be due within 30 days of the Special Education Teacher's commencement date. All payments are subject to a 30-day payment cycle from the date of invoice receipt.
- Working Hours and Location: The Special Education Teacher shall work a standard 40-hour week (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) at the school facility located in the Kuala Lumpur city center. Overtime, if required, shall be compensated in accordance with the Malaysian Employment Act 1955.
- Compliance and Legal: All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall comply with the laws of the Federation of Malaysia, including the Education Act 1996, the Employment Act 1955, the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), and all relevant regulations governing the employment of Special Education Teacher professionals in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.

- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of 60 days. - Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur in accordance with the rules of the Malaysian Mediation Centre. If mediation fails, disputes shall be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed lockdowns, or public health emergencies affecting Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
The Special Education Teacher shall report for duty no later than 1 August 2025 at the designated school premises in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. Acceptance of the service shall be confirmed by the Buyer's Human Resources Director upon successful completion of the two-week induction period. Any deficiencies identified during the probationary period (first 3 months) shall be addressed in writing, and the Special Education Teacher shall be given a reasonable opportunity to rectify any performance concerns before further action is taken under this Purchase Order.
