The Special Education Teacher shall be deployed no later than 1 September 2025 to the designated school location in the Amsterdam-Noord district, Netherlands Amsterdam. The supplier, EduCare Specialized Personnel Services B.V., is responsible for verifying all professional credentials, including the Dutch teaching license (leraarbevoegdheid), the special education endorsement (bijzonder onderwijs), and any required child protection clearance (VOG – Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag) issued by the Dutch Ministry of Justice. All onboarding procedures shall be completed within the first two (2) weeks of the academic year.
4. Terms and Conditions of This Purchase Order- Acceptance: This Purchase Order shall become binding upon written acceptance by the supplier within ten (10) business days of the date of issue. Failure to respond within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-AMST-SE-0047) and include the supplier's Dutch VAT registration number. Payment shall be processed via SEPA bank transfer to the account designated by the supplier.
- Performance Standards: The Special Education Teacher shall adhere to the Dutch national curriculum standards for special education (Basisbevoegdheid Speciaal Onderwijs) and the specific Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) developed in consultation with the Amsterdam Municipal Education Authority. Performance reviews shall be conducted at the end of each school term.
- Compliance: All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall comply with the Dutch Education Act (Wet op het primair onderwijs / Wet op het voortgezet onderwijs), the Netherlands Amsterdam municipal education regulations, and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding the handling of student records.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of six (6) weeks during the academic year, or at the end of the academic year with no further notice. In the event of termination, the Special Education Teacher shall be provided a transition period of four (4) weeks to ensure continuity of student support.
- Confidentiality: All information pertaining to students, their families, and the Special Education Teacher's caseload shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with Dutch privacy law (AVG/GDPR). The supplier shall ensure that the Special Education Teacher signs a non-disclosure agreement prior to deployment in Netherlands Amsterdam.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall first be subject to mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, under Dutch law.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated school closures in the Netherlands Amsterdam region, or public health emergencies.
