- Delivery / Deployment: All Special Education Teachers shall be deployed to their respective schools in Nigeria Abuja no later than 21 July 2025. The supplier shall confirm deployment in writing to the purchasing authority within five (5) working days of commencement.
- Qualifications: Each Special Education Teacher must hold a minimum of a Bachelor of Education (Special Education) degree from a recognized Nigerian university, a valid registration with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN), and a minimum of three (3) years of documented experience in inclusive education settings.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in quarterly installments of 25% each, due within fourteen (14) working days of the end of each quarter, subject to satisfactory performance evaluation by the Director of Inclusive Education, FCT, Nigeria Abuja.
- Performance Standards: The Special Education Teacher shall develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for each assigned student within the first thirty (30) days of deployment and submit monthly progress reports to the school principal and the FCT Ministry of Education office in Nigeria Abuja.
- Compliance: The supplier shall ensure full compliance with the Nigerian Labour Act, the Persons with Disabilities Act (2018), and all applicable Federal Capital Territory employment regulations governing the engagement of Special Education Teachers in Nigeria Abuja.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the supplier shall ensure a minimum of two (2) weeks transition period for each Special Education Teacher to hand over student records and IEPs to the receiving institution in Nigeria Abuja.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Nigeria Abuja in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18, LFN 2004) before escalation to the Federal High Court, Abuja Division.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Nigeria Abuja.
