- Payment shall be made on a monthly basis within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of a valid invoice from the Special Education Teacher.
- Monthly payment amount: PKR 300,000 (Three Hundred Thousand Pakistani Rupees) via bank transfer to the account specified in Section 2.
- A retention of five percent (5%) shall be withheld from each monthly payment and released upon successful completion of the full twelve-month contract term.
- All payments are subject to applicable withholding tax as per the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Pakistan Karachi regulations.
- Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Al-Noor Special Education Academy, Pakistan Karachi, and the named Special Education Teacher upon signature by both parties.
- The Special Education Teacher shall maintain a valid professional license issued by the Sindh Special Education Board throughout the contract duration and provide proof of renewal annually.
- The Special Education Teacher shall adhere to the code of conduct, child protection policies, and safeguarding protocols established by the academy and in compliance with the Sindh Education Department guidelines applicable in Pakistan Karachi.
- Confidentiality: All student records, IEPs, and personal information shall be treated as strictly confidential. Breach of confidentiality shall result in immediate termination and legal action under the Pakistan Information Technology Act, 2002.
- The Special Education Teacher shall submit monthly progress reports by the 5th of each following month and quarterly comprehensive evaluations by the end of each quarter.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In case of termination for cause, no notice period shall apply.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Karachi in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, specifically the Sindh Education Sector regulations.
- The Special Education Teacher shall carry professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of PKR 5,000,000, valid throughout the contract period.
