This Purchase Order is issued by Manila Integrated Learning Foundation, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Institution") for the procurement of professional services rendered by a qualified Special Education Teacher to be deployed at the Institution's main campus located in the Philippines Manila metropolitan area. The Special Education Teacher shall be responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs, including but not limited to students with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, specific learning disabilities, visual and hearing impairments, and emotional or behavioral disorders.

1. Scope of Work: The Special Education Teacher shall perform all duties as outlined in this Purchase Order in accordance with the standards set by the Department of Education (DepEd) of the Philippines and the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) for Special Education practitioners. All services shall be rendered at the Institution's premises in the Philippines Manila area unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made on a monthly basis within fifteen (15) calendar days from the receipt of a valid invoice. The total Purchase Order amount of PHP 544,800.00 shall be disbursed in equal monthly installments of PHP 45,400.00 over the twelve-month contract period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Special Education Teacher.

3. Qualifications: The Special Education Teacher must hold a valid PRC license in Special Education, a Master's degree in Special Education or a related field, and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in teaching students with special needs in the Philippines Manila educational setting. Proof of qualifications shall be submitted prior to the commencement of services.

4. Compliance: The Special Education Teacher shall comply with all applicable Philippine labor laws, including the Labor Code of the Philippines, the Magna Carta for Persons with Disabilities (Republic Act No. 7277), and the Anti-Discrimination Act (Republic Act No. 9710). All services shall be conducted in full compliance with DepEd Order No. 44, s. 2012 on Inclusive Education.

5. Confidentiality: The Special Education Teacher shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all student records, IEPs, and personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Breach of confidentiality shall result in immediate termination of this Purchase Order and potential legal action.

6. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. The Institution reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order immediately in the event of gross misconduct, failure to meet performance standards, or loss of PRC license by the Special Education Teacher.

7. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in the Philippines Manila jurisdiction before resorting to litigation.

8. Validity: This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within ten (10) calendar days from the date of issue. Failure to accept within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
