3. Description of Procured Services

This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Nour Special Education Center, located in Saudi Arabia Jeddah, to formally procure the recruitment, placement, and ongoing professional services of a qualified Special Education Teacher for the academic year 2025/2026. The Special Education Teacher shall be responsible for designing, delivering, and assessing individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs, including but not limited to autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities, speech and language impairments, and attention deficit disorders, within the premises of the center in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.

5. Terms and Conditions
  1. Commencement Date: The Special Education Teacher shall commence duties no later than 1 September 2025 at the Al-Nour Special Education Center facility in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
  2. Contract Duration: This Purchase Order covers a period of twelve (12) months, renewable upon mutual written agreement and subject to performance evaluation.
  3. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in monthly installments via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account within Saudi Arabia Jeddah. The first installment is due within fifteen (15) business days of the Special Education Teacher's official start date. Subsequent payments are due on the 5th of each calendar month.
  4. Qualification Requirements: The Special Education Teacher must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field, a valid teaching license recognized by the Saudi Ministry of Education, and a minimum of three (3) years of documented experience working with students with special needs. All credentials must be attested and verified prior to commencement.
  5. Regulatory Compliance: All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall comply with the Saudi Labor Law, the regulations of the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, and all applicable directives of the Jeddah Municipal Education Authority in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
  6. Confidentiality: The vendor and the Special Education Teacher shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding student records, IEPs, and all proprietary information of Al-Nour Special Education Center in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
  7. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the vendor shall facilitate the orderly transition of the Special Education Teacher's responsibilities.
  8. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
  9. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated closures in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
6. Authorization and Acceptance

This Purchase Order is hereby authorized and approved for the procurement of Special Education Teacher services in Saudi Arabia Jeddah as detailed herein. By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and financial obligations outlined in this document.
