The total amount of 375,100 SAR represents the full contractual value of this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Special Education Teacher and all ancillary services within Saudi Arabia Riyadh.

The Special Education Teacher engaged under this Purchase Order shall meet the following mandatory criteria:

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, Inclusive Education, or a closely related field from an accredited institution recognized by the Saudi Ministry of Education.
• Possess a valid teaching license issued by the Saudi Ministry of Education, specifically endorsed for special education instruction in the Riyadh region.
• Demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of documented experience in designing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities, and sensory impairments.
• Be proficient in both Arabic and English, with the ability to conduct all instructional and administrative duties in Saudi Arabia Riyadh educational settings.

The Special Education Teacher shall commence duties no later than 1 September 2025 at the designated special education facility located in the Al Olaya District, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Supplier is responsible for ensuring that all immigration, visa, and work permit documentation is finalized no later than 30 days prior to the commencement date. • This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon signature by both authorized representatives.
• The Supplier warrants that the Special Education Teacher shall comply with all Saudi labor regulations, including the Saudization (Nitaqat) program requirements applicable to the education sector in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
• The Buyer reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice in the event of unsatisfactory performance, as determined by the annual evaluation process.
• Confidentiality: All student records, IEP documentation, and institutional data accessed by the Special Education Teacher shall remain the exclusive property of the Buyer and shall not be disclosed to any third party.
