This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore Singapore. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore Singapore.
The Supplier warrants that all Special Education Teacher personnel engaged under this Purchase Order hold valid teaching certifications recognised by the Singapore Singapore Ministry of Education (MOE) and possess current first-aid and child protection clearances as mandated by Singapore Singapore regulatory authorities.
The Special Education Teacher assigned under this Purchase Order shall comply with all Singapore Singapore statutory requirements, including the Children and Young Persons Act, the Employment Act, and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore Singapore.
Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Singapore Singapore commercial law.
The Supplier shall maintain comprehensive professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance with a minimum coverage of SGD 2,000,000 throughout the duration of this Purchase Order, as required for Special Education Teacher engagements in Singapore Singapore.
Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Supplier shall ensure a minimum four-week transition period for the Special Education Teacher to hand over all student records, IEPs, and ongoing intervention plans to the Purchaser's designated staff.
All personal data of students and their families collected by the Special Education Teacher in the course of this Purchase Order shall be handled in strict compliance with the Singapore Singapore PDPA. Data shall not be transferred outside Singapore Singapore without explicit written consent.
The Supplier shall submit monthly progress reports detailing the Special Education Teacher's activities, student engagement metrics, and any incidents or concerns to the Purchaser's Director of Inclusive Education by the 5th of each month.
This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the engagement of Special Education Teacher services and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by authorised representatives of both parties. No verbal modifications shall be binding under Singapore Singapore contract law.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of Special Education Teacher services within Singapore Singapore.
