This Purchase Order is issued by Nile Valley Educational Services Agency for the procurement and engagement of a qualified Special Education Teacher to deliver inclusive education services within the Khartoum metropolitan area, Sudan. 4.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Sudan and the procurement regulations of the Khartoum State Ministry of Education. All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Sudan Khartoum Arbitration Centre.
4.2 The Special Education Teacher engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid teaching license issued or recognized by the Sudanese Ministry of Education and must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of documented experience in special or inclusive education settings.
4.3 The service provider shall ensure that the Special Education Teacher is available for a full academic year (September 2025 through June 2026) with a standard working week of five (5) days, Monday through Friday, in the designated Khartoum facility.
4.4 Payment terms: 40% upon successful placement and commencement of duties; 30% upon completion of the first semester; 30% upon satisfactory completion of the academic year and final evaluation report.
4.5 The Special Education Teacher shall comply with all child protection policies, safeguarding standards, and ethical codes of conduct as prescribed by the Sudan Khartoum Education Authority.
4.6 Any modification to the scope of services outlined in this Purchase Order must be submitted in writing and approved by both parties before implementation.
4.7 The vendor shall maintain full insurance coverage for the Special Education Teacher throughout the engagement period, including medical, accident, and professional liability insurance valid in Sudan Khartoum.
The Special Education Teacher shall commence duties no later than 1 September 2025 at the Khartoum Special Education Centre, El-Khadira Branch. All onboarding documentation, including employment contracts, IEP templates, and classroom resource inventories, must be finalized and submitted to the purchasing department no later than 20 August 2025.
