- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, specifically the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and the applicable cantonal education regulations of the Canton of Zurich. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved by the competent courts in Switzerland Zurich.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in Swiss Francs (CHF) via bank transfer to the account specified by the Special Education Teacher. Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments shall accrue interest at the Swiss statutory rate of 5% per annum.
- Performance Period: The Special Education Teacher shall commence duties on 1 September 2025 and continue through 31 August 2026, subject to the Swiss academic calendar as published by the Zurich Department of Education.

- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated school closures as may be declared by the authorities in Switzerland Zurich.
- Amendments: Any modifications to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements shall not be binding.
