This Purchase Order is issued by Marmara Special Education Services Ltd., a registered educational institution operating in Turkey Istanbul, to formally request and authorize the procurement of qualified Special Education Teacher services for the 2025–2026 academic year. - This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey and shall be interpreted in accordance with Turkish commercial and labor legislation applicable in Turkey Istanbul.
- The Special Education Teacher engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid MEB (Ministry of National Education) certification in Special Education and possess a minimum of five (5) years of documented experience in inclusive education settings within Turkey Istanbul or equivalent international qualifications recognized by MEB.
- All services rendered by the Special Education Teacher shall comply with the Turkish Law on the Protection of Persons with Disabilities (Law No. 5378) and the MEB Special Education Guidelines effective as of the 2025–2026 academic year in Turkey Istanbul.
- Payment shall be processed in monthly installments via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account in Turkish Lira (TRY) within thirty (30) calendar days of invoice receipt, as stipulated in this Purchase Order.
- The vendor shall maintain full social security (SGK) and tax compliance for the Special Education Teacher throughout the contract period. Any non-compliance with Turkey Istanbul labor regulations shall be the sole responsibility of the vendor.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Special Education Teacher shall complete all ongoing IEPs and transition plans for affected students before the final working day.
- All student data, IEP documents, and behavioral records handled by the Special Education Teacher are subject to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK – Law No. 6698) and shall not be disclosed outside the Turkey Istanbul school premises without written parental consent.
- This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid for the 2025–2026 academic year, commencing 01 September 2025 and concluding 30 June 2026, unless extended by mutual written agreement.
